It arrived on time, and in good order, but it took a while for my potty trained dog to use it. The scented spray did not work, but a paper napkin with my dog’s actual urine on it did work. At first he peed on the edge of it getting half of his mess on the floor. Now he stands on it with all fours (and he’s a big chow). So, it takes a while but it works and its worth it. GReat for apt and condos. I recommend washing it with soap every 2 to 3 days to avoid strong urine smell n the home.

Great product. My 10week old puppy first decided this was a fantastic new bed, or perhaps something to dig through. Only took until the next time she had to pee, though, for her to discover its best usage. It was immediately her preferred spot to go! Easy clean-up, nice-looking, perfect sized… I couldn’t be more pleased.

The reason we invested in this item is because our 25 lb mixed breed dog has a disease which causes the muscles in her jaw and hind legs to atrophy which was causing her to slip and fall on the patio while trying to go potty. Poor Shugs got so scared of slipping that she finally resorted to going potty right in front of the patio door. We tried putting those anti-slip bath tub mats out for her, but she wouldn’t even step on them with her wobbly legs. When we first got the potty and put it out on the patio, she wouldn’t go near it, even when we stuck her on it first thing in the morning and closed the patio door. Finally, we moved it inside the patio door, where she had been going to the bathroom and it worked! Several treats later along with lavish praise, we moved it onto the patio where she could step onto it right from the carpet and she took to it right away! Probably not a great idea for your average 25 lb dog because our patch has to be emptied and cleaned out everyday or else it REALLY stinks!

I was skeptical but I had this overnighted to my apt. My 9 week old yellow lab (not previously trained), started relieving herself on the turf-like grass as soon as it was set up in my kitchen. This product is great and I highly recommend it to those who are trying to train their puppies!!!

My dogs immediately started using this product. I leave my dogs on my deck when I’m away, so I needed something to contain their waste. This works flawlessly, it’s easy to clean, and isn’t an eyesore. It’s also cheaper than similar alternatives.
